I order delivery from here all the time and I don't know why. This place is "subs so SLOW you'll freak" seriously. I'm talking 1-2 hours minimum. It's a joke. They also forget items, bring watered down soda, soggy subs...but it's a mile from my house? I placed an order today and they sent a confirmation at 1:18, and it is now 3:30 and my order just got here.

As a previous JJ GM, i know what to expect and i know that SOMETIMES things happen that make you less freaky fast. I just moved into this jjs delivery range and ordered from them tonight. To my surprise, my food arrived in less than 15 minutes from clicking "place order" online. A lot of these reviews are negative about the customer service which i cant really comment on since i ordered online, but the delivery driver who came to my door was extremely pleasant. Obviously jjs are busier at noon than they are at 9:30pm but good service is always appreciated.

This review does not reflect the good service I have always had at this location. And I have always ordered from here on a weekly basis at minimum for many years. This review is based on the stone or whatever it was that cracked my tooth and cost me big money to fix today. Now, I can never enjoy another Jimmy John sub for fear of whatever it was I bit into. Thanks Jimmy Johns! Talking with my daughter, she also experienced the same problem last week when eating a Vito #5. I originally thought it was the hot peppers that contained a stone but my daughter do not have the peppers so either the lunch meat or bread is the culprit.

Worst Jimmy Johns ever. (Management has a huge stick up their ass, my mind is blown by their total disregard for providing any kind of customer service) If you have to ask why, you have obviously never eaten here or ordered delivery. It's times like these I'm glad to have a forum to call out a manager & her employees for being rude to us on delivery orders for no reason. Wish Jimmy Johns had a larger delivery range so we weren't forced to place large orders from this sub par location. Get a clue guys.

Horrible. Sleazy. Bad. Not your normal JJ, very rude workers.. You can tell they hate their lives. I stood there looking for napkins and the bitch rolls her eyes and says "what?" I said "napkins please" and she pointed behind the counter.. Because that's the first place a customer is going to look for napkins, behind the counter by the food. My sandwich was also very skimpy. Should have went to Jersey Mikes!!

As good as a Jimmy Johns can get, this one is nestled away in the heart of the industrial corridor of Sterling Heights. We have used them numerous, numerous times for the fact that we know that they are usually very quick for delivering food, and also can come though in a pinch when we have multiple customers in that need a lunch. Delivery times do very... Yes, they can be freaky fast... Other times they can be really slow. However, I will say that the fast times usually outnumber the slow. So for that, I give them props!

Love Jimmy Johns J J GARGANTUAN , when I'm going out of town on a bus field trip, it holds up well in the cooler Plus I do enjoy that french bread & hot peppers. This location is very speedy on a pick up & well staffed, however the music is so loud & blaring, you have to repeat everything.. They also offer a punch card rewards system. Careful in the parking lot, as this strip mall is super busy/congested

This location has forgotten 1 or more topping on my 1 sub delivery order twice now. The last time being avocado which I paid 1.75 extra for. The delivery was fast, but the driver was lifeless and bordered on creepy. I emailed JJ's about the incident and haven't heard from them yet. I'll try this location again if they right their wrong and give me a free sub, but as for now it's 2 strikes and you're out. Plus there's another location right down the road. The second star is only because the bread is so damn good.

Lame Jimmy Johns. 55 minutes later still no deliver. Only ordered 3 subs. With two delivery drivers this is sad. Not freaky fast or freaky good. Staff is rude than management says well sir I'm sorry that you feel this way but uh we only have one deliver guy doing deliveries.

I never had a bad sub here, I like the turkey ( sorry cant remember the real name for it so Ill just call it the turkey) very clean and welcoming, the employees are fast and friendly.
